Member registers, elder-led wards, deacon-managed diaconal funds, and a Reformed AI that knows your synod acts — the operating system for the URCNA congregation.
Reformed by design
Most church software was built for megachurch or Baptist polity and adapted for everyone else. Reformeer was built from the ground up on Reformed church order — household registers with sacraments, elder-led ward shepherding, deacon-managed diaconal funds, confessional attestations. The same polity the URCNA has practised since 1996.

Office · Attestations
When a member moves to another URCNA congregation, the new church requests the attestation in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically — no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.
Heritage
Reformeer is built and maintained by elders and pastors in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika — the GKSA — a confessional Reformed church holding the Three Forms of Unity, founded in 1859. The GKSA and URCNA share the same confessional standards and maintain formal contact through the ICRC. We're not a software company that serves Reformed churches. We're a Reformed church that built its own software, and made it available to the wider federation.

Questions
Online giving — where members give to their church through Reformeer — is not currently available for US congregations. US churches manage giving through their existing provider (Tithe.ly, Vanco, or similar). Everything else — member management, pastoral care, accounting, and Reformed Intelligence — is fully available now.
Yes. Send us your data in any format — spreadsheet, CSV, export from your current system. Our team handles the migration. Most councils are fully migrated within a week.
Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and more. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
