Transfers between churches
Release a member and the register details move to the new church. A church that is not on Reformeer gets the request by email.

No public door
No browser, app or script reaches the database directly. Every request passes a server that checks who is asking.
One rule, in one place
One shared module decides who may read what. An elder sees the notes of their own ward. A member sees no pastoral notes.
Your church is its own island
No other church sees your data. On a transfer, the register details move only after you release the member. The pastoral notes stay with you.
