A real double-entry ledger with multi-leg journal entries. Drop in any bank statement (CSV, PDF, Excel, any SA bank) — the AI extracts rows and suggests a chart-of-accounts category and matching member for every transaction. Envelope budgeting for building, missions, benevolence, diaconal funds. Paystack online giving (card, EFT, instant EFT, SnapScan, mobile, recurring) straight into the council's own bank account.

Send us whatever you have — member registers, trial balance, historic journals — in any format (CSV, Excel, exports from older programs, PDFs, scanned paper). Our team handles the import.
