Documents have a home in Office

Church documents move out of Reformeer into a real document manager in Office: files in folders, uploaded with a drag, moved between folders, several selected at once. Archives stay ordered year by year.

Psalm tunes now play in the Worship view

Pick a tune and listen while the words light up line by line with the music. The tune stays matched to the text on screen.

Psalm 23:1

The LORD is my shepherd;

I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures.

Reports that keep themselves current

Pick a rolling window for join dates: this week, this month, last month or this year. A report like 'New arrivals this month' is still right next month, with no dates to adjust. Joining method is now one of the columns you can choose too.

Improvement

The register, rethought

Four cards at the top of the list: everyone, members, non-members and archived. Click one and you see only those people. You can also archive someone who was never a member, like a regular attender who moves away, without inventing a membership for them.

Improvement

Transfers that land on the right person

When a transfer comes in, the system looks for an existing record. If it finds nothing, you point at the right person yourself and the two records merge. That helps when a surname has changed, or when someone is known by two.

New

Download the visitor list

Export visitors as a CSV, exactly as you filtered them on screen. When a visitor becomes a member we also record how they joined, and you can report on it.

Improvement

Every member's own language

The language a member picks in the welcome flow or the profile menu is now stored on their record. Messages that go out beyond the app use that language.

New

Apologetics Central runs on Reformeer

The same library and study tools, in English, at apologeticscentral.org. If you already have Reformeer Plus, your access carries over.

New

Logos: deep study in Scripture

One study mode in place of Liturgy and Bible study. Logos works a text the way a trained hand does: exegesis out of the text, word studies in Greek and Hebrew, locating a passage in the biblical storyline, and doctrinal questions tested against the Three Forms of Unity. Sermons and orders of service come back as a document you keep, edit and export. Choose Logos in the composer.

New

Give by QR code

Members scan, pick an amount, and give. Once your church connects its accounts, you download one code from Office or Finance and put it up.

Clearer pastoral notes

As you type, we show you exactly who will see the note. Change the audience and the line beneath it changes with you. We also fixed a bug that stopped notes from saving on some browsers.

Who can see it?

Elders onlyPastors and the elder of this ward
Elders and deaconsPastors, the elder and the deacon of this ward
Youth ministryThe group's servants and this ward's officers

Wonderful visit. We read Psalm 121 together and prayed for the family.

A rebuilt Bible and library reader

It reads like a real book now. Set the text size, switch to dark reading, and pick up where you left off.

Psalm 23Aa

1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

Psalm 23Aa

1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

New

Dark mode and quick language switching

Light or dark, Afrikaans or English, right from your profile menu across Reformeer, Office and Finance. Your choice is remembered.

New

Ministries: your church's own groups

From hospital visiting to youth. Assign servants, and each servant sees only their group's members and the group's notes.

Improvement
