Built for confessional polity, not adapted for it.

Most church software was built for megachurch or Baptist polity and adapted for everyone else. Reformeer was built from the ground up on Reformed church order: household registers with baptism and profession of faith, elder-led ward shepherding, deacon-managed diaconal funds, confessional letters of transfer. The same polity the OPC has maintained since 1936.

In their own words.

GK Bloemburg
The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer.

Other church not on Reformeer? We email the request, no account needed.

Letters of transfer, automated.

When a member moves to another OPC congregation, the new church requests the letter of transfer in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically, no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.

Built by a church, not a software company.

Office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA) build and maintain Reformeer, part of the same broad Reformed family as your churches. We built what our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed and Presbyterian world.

Built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the GKSA.

One price. Everything included.

Questions

Does Reformeer support online giving for US churches?

Online giving, where members give to their church through Reformeer, is not currently available for US congregations. US churches manage giving through their existing provider (Tithe.ly, Vanco, or similar). Everything else is fully available now.

Can we import our existing member data?

Yes. Send us your data in any format: spreadsheet, CSV, export from your current system. Our team handles the migration. Most sessions are fully migrated within a week.

Which US bank statements does Reformeer support?

Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and more. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
